Love is an Ocean of Emotion

For 20 years of my existence i had been neglecting my urge to cook foods. I must admit that i am a "GOURMAND" but sad to say no matter how much i love to taste and explore different cuisines the gift or talent for cooking has never been one of my forte unlike my mom who excels in this field and even baking pastries and other goodies. I have always wanted to try and expand my expertice in cooking but i'm a bit lazy and stubborn. Now, I think it's about time that i venture this area since it has been one of my goals to open a bakeshop/coffee house in the future. So now I will slowly learn the basics of cooking these delicasies and also this time around i hope and promise that i will be more patient and enduring for me to fulfill this frustration.. *pinky swear* ahahah... cross fingers lol

To start my new journey in cooking ( ha ha ha). My very first project will be one of my personal favorites (also for us to save money :p ) the ever popular creamy carbonara and Lasagna since i soooooo looooooooveeeeeeeeeeeee pastaaaaaaa.
